 r M2M journey! As we look forward to coming together for a weekend at Wrax
 all Yard\, we invite you to bring an open heart and mind\, creating space 
 to welcome your inner thoughts and feelings alongside each other and in th
 e peaceful surroundings of the farm. Come as you are\, knowing that you wi
 ll be received with kindness and warmth. We will create our own sanctuary 
 to focus on wellness and connection. We will come together to experience a
  holistic programme of nourishing meals\, group circles\, gentle movement\
 , guided workshops\, therapeutic activities at Hobbs Rehabilitation\, and 
 silly fun\, amongst others. The weekend will be punctuated with plenty of 
 breathing space to recharge individually\, and you will be free to take pa
