M2M returns to tackle Italy’s highest independent peak.
Set in Italy’s stunning Grand Paradiso national park this majestic peak rises above the landscape providing outstanding views across the Alps from its summit. Gran Paradiso offers an exciting introduction to mountaineering but also presents a great challenge in its own right. For many it will be the first chance to ascend on glaciers using ropes, crampons and ice-axes but with no technical mountaineering experience required. If you are fit and enjoy the satisfaction of climbing summits under your own steam, it’s perfect.
