Lulworth Wellness Walk

THE WALK
Embark on a refreshing mid-winter escape with our Lulworth Wellness Walk, guided by M2M volunteers Ollie & Louise. Spanning just under 5 miles (around 8 km) with a gentle 700 ft of ascent, this intermediate-level route offers the perfect balance of ease and invigorating challenge - ideal for lifting the spirits and clearing the mind on a crisp November day.
Set out through charming, well-marked paths that weave through serene woodland and open countryside - ideal terrain for reconnecting with nature at a steady pace. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or simply looking for a peaceful, scenic escape, this walk’s approachable terrain (rated “Intermediate”) allows you to move comfortably while still feeling accomplished.
The real treat awaits at the end: a soothing sauna session that’s designed to melt away any residual chill and reward you with deep relaxation. After a few hours of fresh air and gentle exertion, slipping into the gentle warmth of the sauna will be a welcome tonic - offering time to unwind, reconnect, and relish the shared experience with your fellow adventurers. Please be aware that joining for the post-walk sauna is an additional £15.

FAQS
Who is this walk open to?
- Anyone who would like to join! Whether you are a member of the M2M community, you're an M2M Beneficiary or you're completely new to M2M, we'd love to have you with us! You don't have to be struggling with your mental health to join our events, but if you are, we welcome you. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to connect. We can't wait to meet you!
Do I need to sign up?
- Yes, registration is essential for each individual joining the walk! Please register by noon on 7th August.
Can I bring my dog?
- Yes! As long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead.
Is this a kid-friendly event?
- Babies in backpacks are welcome, but this event is unsuitable for toddlers and older children.
Can I join if I’m not the fastest walker?
- Absolutely! Together Outdoors is about community, not competition. We always look out for each other and only move as fast as the slowest person. If the group is large, it may spread out naturally, but we'll all stay together as a group. Breaks will always be factored in to keep everyone moving as closely together as possible.
COST
Pay as you feel - the walk is free to join and the sauna session will incur a charge of £15!
We are committed to providing free events where possible to our community, as we believe financial barriers shouldn't stand in the way of participation. If you are in a position to make a donation when registering, your contribution will go a long way towards sustaining the charity's mission and helping to support someone else who is more in need. Thank you!
