We host monthly online catch-ups focused on personal growth, building connections and a supportive community alongside others who share similar goals. These events are led by qualified professionals including life coaches, psychotherapists, performance coaches, physiotherapists, and other specialists who facilitate workshops, Q&A sessions, talks, and group discussions.

These catch-ups provide practical insights and tools for personal development while connecting you with a supportive community of people who share similar experiences. Whether you're dealing with specific challenges, looking to develop new skills to take on a new challenge, or simply want to connect with others on similar journeys, these events offer both professional guidance and peer support.

Everyone is welcome to join, and there's no pressure- participate as much or as little as feels right for you. The format allows for both learning from experts and sharing experiences with others in a relaxed, understanding environment.

Beccy Wilson

Beccy is an MSK physiotherapist with experience working in NHS, elite sports and private practice in both the UK, NZ and Japan. She loves working as a physio to help others - whether returning from injury, managing a long-term condition or just starting on a fitness and health journey. 

Beccy started teaching Pilates whilst working in NZ and has continued taking her own classes now she’s returned to the UK. She loves using her physio skills and combining them with this form of movement that is suitable for anyone to help get people moving better within their bodies. 

When not at the clinic or on the mat, Beccy will most likely be outside - hiking, running, skiing, cycling or swimming.
