M2M CATCH-UPS

We are hosting monthly catch-ups and Q&A’s for those of us who would like to keep in touch, stay up-to-date on upcoming or adjacent events that support our community and to invite anyone who is interested in joining as a M2M Beneficiary, or interested in joining us in Together Outdoors walks and events. Meet the community, get your questions answered, or just say hello to good friends over some lunch. Anyone is welcome to join.

This month’s theme is ‘Achieving Goals’ led by one of our amazing volunteer Performance Coach and Psychotherapist, Tim Lambert!


Join us for an insightful session on achieving goals through a performance coaching approach. Whether your aspiration is to climb Pen Y Fan by June 2025 or pursue a personal milestone, this session will guide you in breaking down your objectives into actionable steps.


We’ll begin by exploring the question, “What do you want to achieve and by when?” From there, we’ll assess factors such as current fitness levels, daily routines, nutrition, and mental health to ensure your goal is both realistic and achievable.


With the focus on starting today, you’ll learn how to create a bite-size, practical plan that keeps frustration at bay and helps you steadily progress toward your goal. This session is perfect for anyone looking to turn big ambitions into manageable and achievable actions.
